Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Express orders are prioritised and dispatched as quickly as possible.
If your order is urgent, please call Sandra on 0416 489 639 after placing your order so we can assist promptly.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or another trusted delivery partner. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.
Returns & Refunds

Return Window
We offer a 14‑day return period, beginning on the day you receive your order. To request a return, please contact us at sales@sandraglynn.com.au.
Eligibility for Change‑of‑Mind Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in its original, unopened packaging

in the same condition in which it was received

accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items. If a returned item shows signs of use, we will not be able to issue a refund or return the item to you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the item and packaging may be required.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. If your return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy such as a replacement or refund.
