I have the best job in the world. Yes, makeup is pretty and ridiculously fun, but what I love most is watching a woman look in the mirror and see herself. That moment when confidence clicks? That's why I do this.

I'm a Sydney-based makeup artist with over 20 years in the industry.

Over the course of my career I have not only focused my talents on my own business concentrating on fashion and bridal, but I have also worked on 10 seasons of The Bachelor franchise, Celebrity Apprentice, been the favourite makeup artist of Turia Pitt and the Australian Women's Cricket Team, and have been so honoured to represent brands such as Estée Lauder, MAC, and Laura Mercier, to name a few.

But the work I'm most proud of happens one woman at a time.

Sandra Glynn Cosmetics grew from a simple belief: that every woman deserves to feel fabulous in her own skin. What started with a makeup brush has grown into something so much bigger. Today I stock the products I personally love and use, run Beauty Workshops for women and teens, and create my own range of cosmetics. Every single thing I do, I do because I've seen what it does for a woman's confidence.

I only stock brands I genuinely believe in, and I make a point of supporting fellow female-founded businesses wherever I can. Because that's the kind of beauty industry I want to be part of.

Behind me is a team of incredible Hair and Makeup Artists who share the same belief I do: that confidence glowing from within is the most beautiful thing a person can ever wear.
