At Sandra Glynn Cosmetics, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your purchases.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Express orders are prioritised and dispatched as quickly as possible.

If your order is urgent, please call Sandra on 0416 489 639 after placing your order so we can assist promptly.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship using Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations; however, we are unable to ship to the United States due to current tariffs and import restrictions.

Shipping to all other international locations is available, and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

You may also contact us at sales@sandraglynn.com.au and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all packaging and the damaged item

  2. Photograph the parcel and contents

  3. Lodge a damage report with Australia Post

  4. Email us at sales@sandraglynn.com.au within 48 hours

This helps us assess the issue and determine next steps.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to resend the parcel.
